  • 2:00 PM: Sunday Fun-day Boat Cruise ($31.56 per person)

  • 4:00 PM: Welcome and Gathering

    • 3:45 PM: Check-in at the Marcus Performing Arts Center, enter the northwest corner at 123 East State Street​

  • 4:30 PM: Venue Tour of the Marcus Center

  • 6:00 PM: Group Dinner at Oak Barrel Public House (not included with registration)

 

Monday, June 23

  • 8:30 AM: Check-in at the Marcus Performing Arts Center, enter the northwest corner at 123 East State Street​

  • 9:00 AM: Breakfast + Round Table Discussion 

  • 10:00 AM: Unconscious Bias with Dasha Kelly

  • 11:00 AM: APAP and You

  • 12:00 PM: Lunch 

  • 1:00 PM: Advocacy: What Do We Do Now?

  • 2:30 PM: 20 minute break

  • 2:50 PM: It’s the Economy Stupid: Current climate ticket sales, tourism, and marketing strategies

  • 4:00 PM: Cornhole Tournament & Happy Hour on the Riverwalk

  • 7:00 PM: Dinner and Tour at Lakefront Brewery (tour ticket included, food credit)

    • Lyft/Uber (about $7 one-way ride)

    • Personal vehicle, but please note that street parking is limited

    • 1.2 miles so about 30-minute walk along the river from Saint Kate
